WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS:

- LD and Adam S. had the top times on the 1K row, what a great day to watch people push themselves!

- The Open begins in 12 days, how have you prepared for it?

- BPaa’s birthday today meant noon got a lil more interesting than usual:)

- Paleo challenge ends next week.  We will be doing the “After” pics/measurements/baseline workout both Thursday and Friday to get everyone finished up.

    I can not thank the CF community and all the athletes for making turning 29 so amazing! :) I am so blessed to have you all in my life! Here is to making every day the best you can! And yes, even though I came in today with a plan of camo to deter her Fran did give me a birthday spanking BUT I am older and wiser and WILL get her next time! After seeing all the amazing #s and times this week I can not wait to see what the CFSF athletes have in store for the open!!!!!!
