Wednesday- Medball rollover stomps
Thursday- The MWOD Leopard Man/Woman Test
Friday- Dumbell man makers
This week marks the beginning of a brand new training template that we will follow up until the Open. Whether you compete or not, it’s good to know the flow of the week and our goals moving forward. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday will be our big work days. Thursdays workout will depend on your individual needs, and you’ll be able to choose between mobility, strength, skill, or conditioning for your WOD. We will be taking a break from ‘Whiteboard Wednesday’, but the benchmark workouts will still be used from time to time throughout the weeks. Also, look for some new things in the coming weeks, like individualized warmups and mobility drills based on your weaknesses or history of injury. Get excited, 2013 is going to be a great year for our gym and everyone involved!
