This week will be somewhat of a de-load week. We’ll be lightening the workload quite a bit to allow for some recovery and healing, then get back at it the following week with some higher-volume efforts. Stay up on your mobility and keep working hard!
Monday- The Paleo Challenge begins
- Clean & Jerk, let’s see some PR’s!
Tuesday- KB squat mobility
Wednesday- We’ll be doing a modified version of “Cindy”…can you perform 1 round per minute?
Thursday- Pushup technique: a few tips on making this exercise even more effective
Friday- Bring your jump rope!
