The Week Ahead: January 14-18

Monday- Reverse lunges (may be performed in front rack as shown, with a KB goblet position, or dumbells in hand)

-Double-unders

Tuesday- If you struggle with dead-lifts, specifically the set-up and keeping your spine neutral, try this

Wednesday- T2B with Chris Spealler

Thursday- Dan John: Realistic Reps

Friday- Ring pushups, the lead-in to ring dips, and ring rows to balance it out.
