Nutritional Paleo Seminar – This Sunday 2-4

Here is a friendly reminder about our Practical Paleo Seminar starting this Sunday, January 15th from 2-4. Everyone make sure you have your questionnaires turned in to the trainers office by this Friday. Rob and myself would like time to look over your questions and makes sure that we cover as much as possible for everyone.

There are just a few things you will need to bring for the meeting on Sunday. For starters, a notebook or journal to take notes; we will be having very few handouts. Also bring a friend; they do not have to be signed up as this meeting is open to new, old, and non-members. Frankly we want anyone interested in Paleo. Whether the person you know is interested in CrossFit or just the Paleo Diet, bring them. Your friends are also welcome to stick around for open gym and a WOD at 5pm. It is also good to have a list of not only questions but goals. Start thinking “why do you want to do Paleo?” and “what do you want to get out of this seminar?”

Everyone be ready for some great information and be ready to challenge yourself and your willpower. You are going to be asked to do things that may not always be fun but will change the way that you look at food and your nutrition. We will also help you not only incorporate Paleo into your life but also into the lives of your family. Every month we will have new challenges and homework for you to do.
