CrossFit Sioux Falls Class Schedule – effective February 1, 2011.  Members, please remember to sign-in for Class in your online Account to assure availability and allow us to best prepare for you.  Guests, feel free to experience CrossFit on us – your first visit is free.  To schedule your appointent, please contact us at info@cfsiouxfalls.com, via phone at 605.274.3474 or drop by our facility at 3505 S. Phillips Ave in Sioux Falls.

Child care is provided daily (noted in yellow) for a nominal fee.  Please sign in beforehand whenever possible.  Also, a reminder – to assure the of your children, no kids are allowed on the gym floor during class times.  Please plan your visits accordingly.  Thank you.
