We are very excited to introduce to you a new set of classes...Park WODs!

"What the heck is a PARK WOD???"


Here is the definition:

OPEN TO ALL LEVEL STUDENTS. ALL CLASSES WILL TAKE PLACE AT SPELLERBERG PARK AT 26TH & WESTERN (ACROSS FROM GRILLE 26) UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. Varied, functional, high intensity workouts all done outdoors. Emphasis will be placed on learning and/or fine-tuning the movements and skills for that given day. Aside from skill work, WODs will be constructed to help athletes progress in all areas of fitness. Being outside will allow for much more variability with the workouts, which is the best way to prepare for the "unknown and unknowable."

Spring is here! And summer is approaching fast.

Now is the time to take advantage of the nice weather along with a Kick A** CrossFit WOD. Classes will be instructed by Casey Mouw. And he has some of the most intense, innovative, and fun workouts that you have ever seen!

Classes were initially going to begin this week. Due to the rain we are going to start up next Tuesday the 18th at 4:30p. Please refer and sign up in advance on our class scheduler.

Entry Fee: $20 ($15 goes into the “kitty” for prize money)
Winners: Prizes for both Biggest Improvement and Fastest Time (Adv only)!

CrossFit To+al....Round 4

Where: CrossFit Sioux Falls 3505 S. Phillips Ave.

The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift, the three most effective lifts in exestence, for developing and testing functional strength. We do this class approx every 6-8 weeks.

Part Time Members are to bring a $5 drop in fee for this event. Unlimited Members are Free.
