We offer instructor-led group workouts for people of all fitness levels. CrossFit works for everyone - Navy Seals, Ultimate Fighters, athletes, soccer moms and executives. When you show up, we tailor a CrossFit workout for your current ability. Our carefully structured programs go far beyond standard fitness classes and just getting into shape. We will help you acquire a functional, broad, and elite level of conditioning, giving you the strength and confidence to meet any random or unpredictable situation life throws at you. You will also be challenged to push past many of your previously held beliefs concerning your physical and mental capacities. This is all part of our personal development program, raising the bar and the quality of life for all our students in every way possible.
Our CrossFit Certified instructors teach you how to perform a variety of functional exercises in constantly varied routines so you never get bored, and you are finished in less than 30 minutes. Simple as that. No B.S. - just results.

Classes Offered:
Daily W.O.D (Workout of the Day): Varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on the website www.crossfit.com. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
Olympic Lifting: The Olympic Lifting class will provide athletes with work on their technique in the Olympic lifts. Classes will include drills to improve the lifts and work on increasing strength and power as well as performing the lifts themselves. These movements are vital to increasing overall strength and achieving all of your fitness goals.
CrossFlexx: CrossFlexx is designed to dramatically increase your flexibility, strength and muscular endurance. Flexibility is something that holds us back not only in our CrossFit workouts but in our daily life. When flexibility is limited it leads to fatigue, injury and lowered performance. CrossFlexx's goal is to free yourself of limitations in movement and injury. Think of it as "power yoga in 4 wheel drive!"
Open Gym: CrossFit has a lot of movements to learn, and some you just won't get without putting in some work on the side. Come in and work on: kipping pull-ups, L-sits, rope climbs, double unders, Oly lifts, Strength Work and whatever else! Open Gym time is perfect for: Improvement Training, Skill work, and Active Rest. If you are sore and recovering from a WOD or series of WODs, moving is better than not moving. Come in and go through a dynamic warm up. Spend some time watching some Oly Lifting videos. Have Fun! Play around! Maybe a game of "Stupid Human Tricks" will break out.
Paleoholics: Paleoholics is a group based on the book the Paleo Diet. Its goal is to support, educate, empower and hold each of us accountable to improving our nutrition through the Paleo Diet.
Dropin Daycare: Dropin Daycare is provided for parents during selected classes.
Attention Members: Please make sure to sign into our scheduler for classes. This allows us to track class attendance and tells us how many to expect for a class. This also reserves your spot for that class as we only allow a maximum of 10-20 depending on which class you take.
